Location: BGC, TaguigWork Setup: Hybrid (1x onsite)Schedule: 5PM to 2AM / 6PM to 3AMJob Description:The Finance Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial actuals, identifying trends, and investigating the root causes of unexpected variances. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure financial strategies are aligned with business objectives. The analyst will also identify process gaps and recommend steps to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reviews and decision-making.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA is a strong advantage
Proficient in SAP, with exposure to multiple modules; expertise in FI/CO is required
5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance roles (Operational & Analytical)
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards (US GAAP / IFRS); hands-on experience in P&L and balance sheet analysis.
Proficient in Excel (including Macros), Power BI, and financial systems (SAP R/3 or S4 HANA preferred)
