FINANCE specialist (tax)Eastern Telecom Phils., Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure company's compliance to all regulatory requirements including NTC, SEC and BIR (i.e. annual reports, BIR forms, registrations, etc.)
Handle Tax Planning, Analysis, BIR audit and other inquiries
Provide tax advisory and clarification on complex transactions
Handle other management reporting requirements and projects
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
With at least 3-4 years experience in handling Monthly, Quarterly and Annual BIR reporting (e.g. VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, Percentage Tax, Fringe Benefit Tax, Final Tax, etc.)
Can do tax analysis and research with reference to domestic tax legislation, case law and tax relevant regulations
Experience in telecommunications industry is preferred but not required
Has working knowledge on income tax reconciliations
With experience in electronic (EFPS) and manual tax filing
Strong background in National Revenue and Local Taxation Codes
Experience in using SAP accounting system
Familiar with the following:
Philippine Accounting Standards
Accounting policies and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
