Job Description
About the job
We are looking for a Finance Specialist (5 months contract) as maternity cover to support our Finance team in the Philippines.
Your assignment
· Input of vouchers/invoices in accounting system
· Prepare payments to domestic and foreign vendors and reconcile payments and bank statements
· Liaise with banks and vendors on payment related enquires
· Reconciliation of GL accounts, vendor balances and customer balances and archive Accounting documents
· Assist in recording of journal entries in the accounting system
· Other ad hoc task as assigned
Qualifications
Your profile
· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or other related course with minimum 2-3 years working experience
· Basic knowledge about local accounting legislation and corporate requirements on documentation and archiving
· Experience with computerized accounting system, preferably in a multi-national company.
