External Financial Reporting:
Prepare financial reporting requirements for interim or audit purposes.
Month-End Closing Activities:
Perform month-end tasks including booking accruals, provisions (setup/reversal), and adjustments.
Book monthly/quarterly provisions and amortization.
Handle PFRS-related activities such as worksheet preparation, monitoring, and entries.
OPEX Analysis and FS Preparation
Reconciliation and Account Monitoring:
Prepare account reconciliations (General Ledger vs. Subsidiary Ledger) and bank reconciliations with complete supporting schedules.
Ensure all reserve and accrual accounts are properly supported; escalate excess and aged items to the responsible party.
Coordinate the reconciliation and aging of accounts with process owners and monitor resolution
Account Schedules and Review:
Coordinate and prepare required account schedules and track the status of reconciliation items.
Conduct monthly account reconciliations and Balance Sheet reviews with legal entities.
Intercompany (Interco) Activities:
Manage monthly intercompany confirmations, including sending and receiving confirmations.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in the use of financial reporting and accounting software
Knowledge of applicable accounting standards and regulations
CPA certification or working towards it is preferred
