The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving innovation through effective process and data management.Your Responsibilities:Analyze, document, and optimize business processes in alignment with organizational goals.Prepare key BA deliverables such as Business Process Documents (BPDs), User Requirements (URs), reports, dashboards, and work manuals.Develop process flows, workplans, and presentations for various stakeholders including end-users, clients, developers, and higher management.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support business and system improvements.Prepare training materials and conduct user trainings on new processes, systems, and tools.Support the design and implementation of customer management systems, data governance practices, and reporting solutions.Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, updates, and implementations relevant to financial processes. * Identify business risks, recommend solutions, and introduce innovative practices to improve efficiency.What we're looking for:Graduate of Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/IT, Management, or related fields.At least 3 years' experience in business analysis, process management, user training, and master data management, preferably in electric distribution industry.Strong knowledge of Finance processes and SAP modules (SAP FICO, SAP SD, FI-BL, SAP TRM).Familiarity with BIR regulations, customer management systems, and data governance.Proficiency in MS Excel, with strong analytical and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.Ready to take the next step in your career?
