In this role, you'll handle AP and AR cycles, general ledger tasks, cash flow tracking, and reporting. We're looking for someone with strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage system tickets and ad-hoc finance tasks with confidence. Responsibilities:
Process purchase invoices, expense claims, and recurring journals
Manage vendor enrollment and maintain supplier records
Prepare weekly payment runs and cash flow reports
Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
Support AR functions: follow-ups and debt collection
Maintain AP/AR aging schedules and resolve outstanding items
Assist with month-end close and compliance reporting (e.g., BIR)
Respond to audit requests and handle ad-hoc finance tasks
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of accounting experience with relevant qualifications
Familiarity with NetSuite, Sage, FloQast, or similar systems
Strong knowledge of AR/AP cycles and collection strategies
Accurate and compliant with accounting standards
Proficiency in Office 365 and advanced Excel skills
Experience with global banking platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Background in shared services or centralized finance operations
