Job Description
Receive and processes requests for payment from all departments. Prepare the necessary and timely expense recording thru APV or journal entries
Review all documents attached to requests, ensure accuracy of EWT and VAT entries
Perform day to day financial transactions, month-end closing
Reconcile GL balances and resolve variances
Experience in employee expense, liquidation follow up and monitoring
Job Qualifications
Preferably a graduate of Bachelor in Accountancy or any Business related course with at least 2 years of work experience in Accounting; knowledgeable in AP process and controls
Must have very good communication skills
Must have strong analytical skills.
Knowledgeable in MS Office and ERP preferably Netsuite
Result-oriented individual, ready to work on tight deadlines
Must have passion in the work he/she is doing and is committed to growth
Must have a high personal and financial integrity & be an individual who is willing to stretch himself to achieve targets
