Rate: $5/hr, and earn 50,000 PHP +/month.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST with 30 min unpaid lunch and two 15 minute paid breaks.
 
Responsibilities: 
Manage Accounts Payable processes using Airbase or similar systems.
Handle collections processes using NetSuite.
Perform month-end close activities, including bank account reconciliations, accrual bookings, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
Qualifications: 
5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Collections.
Knowledge of Airbase or similar Accounts Payable systems.
Experience with collections systems, especially NetSuite; knowledge of Zuora is a plus.
Strong understanding of month-end close processes, including reconciling bank accounts, booking accruals, and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
