Job Description
Skills:
Basic troubleshooting, installation , maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
Completing Preventive Maintenance and field modifications.
Ordering and managing repair parts cycle time
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records
Maintaining daily communication with customers
Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensure they are properly calibrated.
Ability to lift and carry tool box that can weight up to 50lbs
Adhering to current regulatory requirements to include, but not limited to, ISO, OSHA and others
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology
Must have experience servicing semiconductor equipment's
Experience:
Field Service Engineer: 1 year (Required)
