Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
1-2 years' experience on maintenance, mechanical or related engineering experience
Experience on field work, engineering installments and servicing is a plus.
BOSH training is an advantage
Must have a driver's license with 1 & 2 restriction.
Technical, mechanical, electrical work skills are needed.
Must be Hardworking, trustworthy, and reliable.
Applicants must be willing to work in Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills including the ability to balance schedule priorities.
Strong arithmetic skills.
Strong technical knowledge on Industrial machinery.
Familiar with safety protocols.
Inspection and troubleshooting of machines/equipment.
Willing to learn and be trained, service-oriented and ensures the job is completed.
Maintain the highest ethical standards and demonstrate integrity and respect for others.
Job Description:
Conduct the execution of all projects and services within high quality standards.
Effective troubleshoots any concerns encountered at the plant site.
Ensures his availability to work and to be on call as needed.
Provides timely updates regarding projects, issues and concerns to immediate superior, POIC, and Technical Head, as well as to Sales Agents.
Monitors inventory and usage of materials and spare parts on site and ensures availability of the same initiates Material Requisition as soon as possible for prompt coordination with Head Office, Technical Team, and Warehouse considering lead time for processing and delivery.
Makes frequent follow ups for proper coordination.
Ensures necessary documents are okay before proceeding to the next project assignment, like certification of Completion, Service Reports, Project Post Mortem Reports, Budget Liquidation, Cash Flow and other important records.
Ensures that project expenses are promptly liquidated and fully accounted, any unliquidated expenses are charged to personal account.
Submits all relevant reports on time
Performs works according to established policies and professional standards and ensures strict adherence to safety protocols, procedures and standards.
Performs other functions and activities, whether related or unrelated to the position, which may be assigned from time to time as dictated by business exigencies
