This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup.

What you will do
As a Security Operations Analyst, you will identify and analyze potential sources of loss to minimize risk. You will be responsible for breaking down complex information (e.g. legal, operational risk) into understandable terminology and be able to communicate these with clarity and precision. You will also educate the organization to ensure compliance and understanding. This will include advising management and stakeholders of findings and making recommendations to enhance standard processes and polices. In this regard, you are an internal consultant/counselor, advising managers and colleagues on issues and risk managements tactics.
Your Day Will Include
Screening multiple sources of information and initiating a response with support from other team members
Assessing potential sources of operational risk events for the business
Supporting Risk/Security audits and regulatory inquiries regarding Real Estate Facilities and Security
Supporting operations and risk management documentation.
Following standard processes to execute requests
Understanding the overall goal and contribution of own focus area
Monitoring critical systems and facilities alarms for its impact on personnel, operations, office locations and technology
Escalating breaking facilities incidents through pre-established escalation protocols
Responding promptly to alarms for critical systems and access
Initiating incident/crisis management if necessary and notifying pre-identified personnel
The Best-Suited Candidate
To be considered for this role, your skills will include:
Bachelor's degree in any course
At least 1 year of relevant experience such as a research based role including validation of sources
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Tools - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Amenable to shifting schedule and weekend work as the team operates 24/7
