Role Overview
 
The Manager oversees daily operations, staff, and guest experience while ensuring smooth event execution and facility performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily facility operations and staff scheduling
Manage front desk / runner staff
Ensure exceptional guest experience and resolve escalated issues
Monitor facility performance, bookings, and staffing needs
Maintain operational standards, safety, and cleanliness
Assist with marketing or community engagement efforts as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Tech savvy (booking platforms, scheduling, reporting tools)
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing events and guest-facing operations
Ability to stay calm and decisive during busy periods
Preferred:
Prior management experience in sports, hospitality, or recreation
Knowledge of pickleball or similar sports facilities
Experience with membership-based or event-driven businesses
