ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide immediate supervision to a group of Equipment techs, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals
Direct subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies
Plan and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance work on machines to make sure it will meets its required performance and reliability at all time
Give direction to the team of technicians and operators to meet yield set by company
Provide useful information on issues related to machine or in other cases that would require skills and experience
Initiate and implement ways on how to improve the machine performances through equipment or process modification and upgrades
Prepare and monitors machine required spare parts and tools
Directly interacts with manufacturing and other department in order to achieve company common goal
Make sure that all instruments use calibrated and properly maintain
Make sure that the machine will be repaired in the quickest possible time in case it experience breakdown
Ensure that the machine will be running according to Specs
Monitors subordinates performances and institute the necessary action to maintain and upgrade performance
Must have a good and frequent communications with machine supplier with regard to the machine issues and improve the machine
Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations
Performs other duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
Graduate BS degree in EE/ECE and ME, related field, or equivalent experience
Knowledge in the acceptance specification and other related SPML specification
At least 3 years Fab or Module manufcaturing or related semiconductor industry work experience
Knowledgeable in EPR process
In-depth knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Software
With good presentation skills
With strong negotiation skills
Knowledgeable in project-management
Knowledgeable in SPC tools
Proficient in AUTOCAD
English proficiency both written and verbal
Can work flexible hours if needed
