We are a seafood export manufacturing firm based in Mactan Economic Zone 1, Lapu-Lapu City,  Cebu, Philippines. We manufacture pasteurized canned crabmeat, frozen tuna, block frozen shrimps,  cooked sliced octopus, & other seafood products to US, Europe, and Asian markets.
 
We are in need of:
 
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (FROZEN TUNA)
 
Job Responsibilities
Supervising daily production activities to ensure targets and schedules are met.
Monitoring workers performance and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
Ensuring proper handling and processing of frozen tuna in compliance with company standards.
Coordinating with production manager regarding the output, issues and the manpower requirements.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the production area in line with food safety standards.
Assisting and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Preparing daily production reports and monitoring yield and productivity.
Ensuring Compliance with safety and quality standards such as HACCP, and GMP.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any related course (Food Technology, Fisheries, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
With at least 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing or seafood processing, preferably in frozen tuna.
With supervisory experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable in food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, SSOP)..
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
