We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Supervisor to accelerate business growth and strengthen our market presence. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development initiatives, identifying new revenue opportunities, acquiring strategic customers, and building strong client relationships across our transport and warehousing divisions.
 
What You'll Do:
 
The Business Development Supervisor is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities across target industry segments. The role involves conducting market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities, while developing effective strategies to position FLC's transport and warehousing solutions. The incumbent will actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other business development initiatives, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and develop customized proposals that address customer requirements.
 
The Business Development Supervisor will manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification and solution presentation to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring the achievement of sales and customer acquisition targets. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with Operations, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and service delivery, while monitoring sales performance, providing market insights, and supporting business growth initiatives that contribute to the overall success of Fast Logistics Corporation.
 
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or logistics-related roles.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales growth and customer acquisition targets.
Strong understanding of the logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain industry.
Established professional network and experience engaging with key decision-makers across industries.
Strong prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical mindset with strong planning and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to lead initiatives, work collaboratively across teams, and drive business results in a fast-paced environment.
