We are currently seeking a dedicated and versatile Food & Beverage Supervisor who can seamlessly manage both banquet services and barista duties.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Banquet Operations:
· Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet functions.
· Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
· Train and supervise banquet staff to maintain high service standards.
· Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations, always ensuring guest satisfaction.
Barista Operations:
· Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages and food items, adhering to quality standards.
· Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling customer inquiries.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
· With a bachelor's degree in hospitality management and other related courses.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with exposure on both banquet and barista roles.
· Proven track record in managing events or catering services, along with barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
· Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
· Knowledge of beverage control procedures and food safety regulations.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
· Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff.
