Your RoleExecutive Assistant (EA), reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As an EA, you will provide day-to-day executive, administrative, and analytical support to help the CEO stay organized, well-informed, and focused on strategic priorities. Your role goes beyond managing schedules and meetings - you will help turn raw data into useful reports, organize key information for decision-making, and support the CEO in managing communications, documents, and cross-functional coordination.What You'll Champion:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle day-to-day logistics.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries based on data provided by various teams.
Assist the CEO in reviewing and interpreting business data, reports, and dashboards.
Convert raw numbers or spreadsheets into visual summaries and clear insights.
Track key deadlines, follow up on action items, and help keep priorities on schedule.
Draft internal memos, official correspondence, and briefing materials for meetings.
Take notes during key meetings and prepare concise minutes or action point summaries.
Help coordinate CEO-led projects and liaise with department heads when needed.
Maintain strict confidentiality on all sensitive business and personnel matters.
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE:
A detail-oriented professional with experience in executive support or business operations.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis.
Able to summarize complex or technical data into simple and clear formats.
Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple priorities at once.
Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar and formatting skills.
Discreet and trustworthy, with a strong sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive business information, high-level discussions, and internal documents.
Able to work independently and take initiative, especially when managing time-sensitive requests.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience supporting senior executives or working in an administrative/analytical capacity.
Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and basic data visualization platforms is an advantage.
