We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the owner of a chiropractic practice. The clinic has been in operation since 2022 and prides itself on maintaining a highly personalized experience for every patient.You will play a critical role in helping the owner stay organized and focused on client care by managing daily administrative responsibilities, handling digital communications, supporting EHR documentation, and assisting with content creation and social media.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a health and wellness environment and wants a long-term role with growth potential.Key Responsibilities1. Clinical & Administrative Support
Assist in managing and updating EHR notes (using Jane App)
Support backlog documentation
Help maintain clean, accurate patient data and backend systems
2. Client Communications
Send personalized pre-visit messages (via text) to new clients using templates
Manage inbound messages via Facebook, Instagram, and email
Ensure timely and professional responses while maintaining the clinic's voice
3. Social Media & Content Management
Assist with creating, editing, and scheduling posts based on clinic's branding
Repurpose existing content and use AI prompts to draft ideas
Collaborate with the owner for approval and final tweaks
4. Executive Assistant Duties
Provide occasional personal assistant support (e.g., scheduling bill payments, coordinating home services like lawn care)
Calendar management and reminders
Take on additional responsibilities as trust is built over time
RequirementsExperience:
Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, Medical Assistant, or working in a similar healthcare setting is highly preferred
Prior work as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
Familiarity with EHR systems (especially Jane App) is a strong plus
Skills & Qualities:
Strong written communication skills with a warm, professional tone
Detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-savvy
Comfortable with social media tools and AI content tools
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriately

Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will go directly to you.
Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $8 - $9 per hourTimezone availability: CSTRole type: Part-time - 20 hours per week
