As the Employer Branding Specialist, your main role will be to create compelling social media campaigns through candidate-facing communications to convey the Dynatrace culture and employee experience. Your successful delivery of innovative talent attraction and employer brand strategies will increase awareness of Dynatrace as an employer of choice.
Employer Branding duties:
Develop employer branding content and graphics for careers oriented pages on sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Glassdoor
Develop job posting infographics for social channel distribution
Create easy-to-socially post instruction emails for recruiters and hiring managers
Develop employer branded materials for recruiting events
Develop strategies to grow our employer brand that leverage social media, career sites, networks, professional sites
Use social analytics and data to inform social strategy on a quarterly basis
Create and manage a 12-month social media and community management roadmap, creating goals and objectives for current and future channels
Create training documents and train recruiting team on best social practices and social recruitment strategies
Partner with other Dynatrace offices globally to ensure employer branding consistencies
Work cross-functionally with marketing
Maintain candidate relationships via social community engagement
