As Employer Brand Specialist your work will influence four areas:
Employer Branding
Work with Nasdaq's Global Employer Brand Manager to develop and implement campaigns to build awareness, engagement, consideration, and desire for Nasdaq's employer brand.
Assist in the creation of content showcasing our employees and culture, bringing the Nasdaq employer brand to life.
Drive user adoption of Nasdaq's employer brand among talent acquisition, recruiters, and human resources partners.
Recruitment Marketing
Build and deliver multichannel marketing campaigns to achieve retention and hiring goals.
Assist Nasdaq's talent community marketing efforts.
Diversity Attraction Strategy
Assist in the implementation of Nasdaq's diversity, equity and culture messages.
Work with Nasdaq's Talent Acquisition team to create and execute diversity recruitment strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Assist in the development and delivery of monthly campaign performance reports to key collaborators and leadership teams.
You possess the following qualities:
Experience with employer branding and/or recruitment marketing.
A strategic problem solver with a positive get-things-done attitude.
An innovator with curiosity who will test, learn, and shape our employer brand.
Capable of influencing creative development with a keen eye for beautiful design.
