Job Description
We are looking for an EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST!
 
Qualifications:
> Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Relations Management and Humanities or equivalent.
> Must be an experienced Employee Relations Specialist specializing in Labor Relations for a minimum of 1-3 years in a Business Process Outsourcing Company, specifically in a Call Center environment.
> Familiar with the Philippine Labor Code and has adept knowledge and experience in handling Labor Cases
> Must have had experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities
> Must have Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skill
> Has good Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills
> Must be willing to be assigned in the night shift / graveyard shift
> Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
> Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
