Unify Dots is a Global provider of ERP, CRM and AI solutions. We are seeking an EDI specialist who has experience integrating with an EDI solution and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
Job Description
Your duties include:
(a) Participate in all phases of the Electronic Data Interchange Software ("EDI") Integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain a("D365") including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
(b) Write EDI Mapping and design specification documents with solutions that best fit D365's integration architecture by engaging and discussing the solutions with the rest of the internalD365 functional teams during the daily stand ups.
(c) Writing design documents for any customizations and reports for D365. Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios.
(d) Take proactive measures to provide sustainable and long-lasting fixes to system issues in both D365 and EDI by analyzing the end-to-end process impact.
(e) Do field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems.
(f) Perform testing including functional testing, integration testing and automated testing using the Regression suite automation test tool for any new enhancements as well as regular system upgrades of both D365 and EDI tools.
(g) Conduct training for D365 and associated systems to clients
(h) Provide day-to-day support for EDI Orders with trading partners
(i) Test EDI Transactions with new updates and upgrades
(j) Provide pre-go live and post go live support to clients
Qualifications
(a) Bachelors degree
(b) Fluent English language communication skills
(c) Experience with an EDI solution - either Data Masons or True Commerce that integrates with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
(d) Knowledge of Inventory, Sales Orders, ASNs and EDI Terms
(e) Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
