Work closely with different teams (Marketing, Sales, Pricing, IT, Customer Services and Supply Chain) to ensure all content, product and sales order are accurately process on e-Commerce platforms.
Monitors front-end and back-end of e-Commerce platform to ensure all functions are working properly and effectively.
Monitoring, managing and updating website content such as product listing, inventory updates and the likes.
Write Ecommerce descriptions, SEO, meta tags etc. for products, pages based on SEO & product research & agency feedback.
Responsible for identifying trends in sales to further improve the assortment and performance of products on the Website and Platforms.
Responsible for account risk control of e-commerce platform, and execute the sales plan and brand promotion plan according to organizational performance goals
Responsible for customer relationship processing, e-commerce platform relationship maintenance, resource acquisition, and improvement of the operation efficiency of e-commerce;
At least a graduate of any business-related course or its equivalent
Must have at least 3 years related experience
Must be organized and detailed oriented.
Knowledge in Marketplace (Lazada/ Shopee) Business Operations is a strong plus.
You are well-organized and have good attention to detail.
You must have strong project management and coordination skills in order to liaise with different internal and external teams.
