As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online sales and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing sales data to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Management:
Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
Ensure smooth website functionality, including product listings, checkout processes, and payment gateways
Monitor website performance and make necessary optimizations
Product Listing Optimization:
Create compelling product descriptions, titles, and meta descriptions
Optimize product images and videos to enhance visual appeal
Conduct keyword research to improve search engine visibility
Monitor and adjust product listings to maximize sales
Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Utilize data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer experience
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Provide excellent customer support through various channels (email, chat, phone)
Manage customer reviews and feedback
