Requirements
Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Dutch
Background in Technical Support, Support Engineering and Java is a plus
Technical knowledge and background is a plus
Java, Nodejs and JSON languages is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
Communicate with application developers via email, chat and call
Responsible in developing the smart devices
Answering inquiries and concerns on the programming applications
Escalate technical concerns to the next level
