Job Description:
Reviews completeness of BUYER information encoded in SAP based on the pre-qualification standard and guidelines provided by the Company.
Ensures that all Contract Offers (CO) are converted into Sales Contract (SC) within three (3) days from booking of the Reservation Fee.
Creates new Sales Contract for duly approved restructured accounts based on the criteria and requirements provided by the Company.
Ensures completeness, accuracy and integrity of the required bank documents based on the checklist provided by the Company and the Bank for timely loan application and release.
Ensures that all Contract to Sell are signed and notarized, readily available when needed for loan take-out.
Prepare certifications and other documentations in relation to the sales contract that may be required by buyer, banks and other government institution.
Qualification/s:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Detailed Oriented
Computer- literate and well- versed in Microsoft Office Products
With experience in document control software, process map software is preferred.
