Minimum Qualification
- At least 1-year experience as a VA for an Australian account.
A Successful Candidate must have
- Have worked within a related industry, such as: dispatch, customer service, purchasing or online retail sales
- Experience in using CRM's and Process Management tools
- Fluent English level
- Good communication skills with Australians
- At least 40 WPM typing speed
- Great attitude
- Excellent writing skills
- Tech-savvy/ Good computer skills
- Strong attention to details
