About The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to play an important role in our Growth team to assist in growing our business via strategic performance marketing initiatives.
Launch, manage and optimise Google campaigns across search, display and YouTube
Facebook Ads experience managing and scaling Facebook accounts. You will fully understand Facebook Paid Media Buying, Pixel Implementation, Business Manager & Campaign Setup.
Ad Creative: Ability to identify new ad ideas and storyboard video ads as well as coordinate visual content, copy and oversee the production of these assets.
Perform daily optimisation tasks for paid Google, Bing and Facebook campaigns, which includes but not limited to creating new campaigns, keyword research and expansion, bid optimisations, budget management, audience segment optimisation, and ad copy optimisation.
Regularly conduct and record conversion optimisation tests (A/B, split testing, etc) and learnings each month to continually improve SEM, SEO and landing page performance
Use data and analytics (sales, performance, Google Analytics etc) to effectively determine opportunities for growth and conversion rate optimisation to achieve maximum ROAS
Work with the Growth Lead to optimise the website's on-page SEO and Conversion efforts, which includes but not limited to optimising existing landing pages, reviewing internal links, creating unique and data-driven content angles and monitoring keyword ranks
Provide advice on optimising backlinks, running outreach campaigns and on other off-page SEO efforts
Experience in analysing attribution models across multiple channels
Goals and Reporting: You understand ROAS and revenue growth goals, and have the ability to effectively set targets and work towards achieving them, reporting back to the Growth Lead regularly on how we're tracking.
Requirements
You will have relevant experience in a similar digital marketing role with a desire to learn and grow in this space
Previous experience in running Google Adwords & Bing Ads campaigns and familiarity with Google Analytics
An understanding of SEM, SEO and Conversion Rate Optimisation principles
You will be highly organised with the ability to plan and schedule your work
Extremely Productive: You plan and track your time, and always work from a to do list. You are analytical and results driven.
Posses excellent communication & time management skills coupled with high attention to detail
Enjoy working as part of a team and also be able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast paced results-driven environment
You will have an inquisitive mind (critical thinking skills) and will always look for ways to do things better and more efficiently based on data and insights.
