Job Description
The Digital Sales Channel Supervisor's role is to create availability solutions for B2B and B2C customers via eCommerce sites, online platforms, digital or app based ordering solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital Solutions and Online Platforms
Lead the development of online availability solution platforms for B2B and B2C customers
Increase reach and distribution in other channels via web based or digital applications
Launch online and digital marketing activities that will drive traffic and awareness to our sites and apps
Connect online and offline/ traditional selling solutions to increase customer service and engagement
eCommerce Project Support and Operations
eCommerce process and backroom operations development
Provide technical support to the eCommerce channel team
Lead and create eCommerce fulfillment solutions by like third party providers and eCommerce distributors
Qualifications
Has strong understanding of the digital space and online platforms
Has experience and/or technical know how in developing new business solutions and innovation projects
Strong project management and vendor relations experience
Background in IT and digital solutions development (not required but is recommended
