Job Description
KDCI Outsourcing is a global provider of eCommerce services for startups and established companies. We help our clients build, grow, and maintain their online businesses by providing support for product information management, back office, graphic design, web development, customer service, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end project management
Maintain an active role in facilitating a creative environment
Manage client expectations and projects
Work with 3rd party companies in processing digital & print projects
Scope project requirements and prepare budget
Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
Time tracking of resources, Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

Requirements
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related experience required
3-5 years of project project management experience
Proven work experience as a Digital project manager
Hands on experience with project management software, Basecamp, Asana
Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS
Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Excellent organization and time management skills, communication and team management skills
3-5 years of project project management experience
Hands-on graphic or art design experience
Strong computer skills- Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills for web and print
Familiar with print and online media
Ability to train and assist employees as necessary
Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
