Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist's role is to design, create, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns to support the company's PR & Digital Marketing efforts for its clients. Proficiency in graphics, digital advertising, performance marketing, SEO and social media are a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures.
Work Setup: Hybrid.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, performance marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Interfaces with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams.
Designs, builds, and maintains company's and its social media presence.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluates, innovates & appropriately applies emerging technologies to constituents.
Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where necessary.
2 years of experience in digital marketing; agency background will be given preference.
Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
Rich experience in delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.
Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
