We are working with an agricultural manufacturing company in Australia that produces innovative agricultural spray equipment and machines that help farmers to have easier and more efficient work. They are building up and supporting local dedicated dealerships across the East and West coasts in Australia and with over 1500 dealers.
About the Role
This position will help the business set up the SEO and Google AdWords on the website. As such, the role will be to create a strategy to improve the ranking of the company website in search listings. The role will help in curating advertisements and social media marketing collateral. This also includes helping with the day-to-day management of the website. That includes product listing and website content updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Team with timely and efficient order entry checks & carry out further investigation into discrepancies.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry for orders while prioritising orders from the most urgent to the least, and gathering any additional information needed for completion.
Comply with all WHS and ensure a safe and productive workplace, promote, and engender safety-conscious attitudes in all workers.
Meet and exceed customer expectations by providing accurate, valid, and in-depth product knowledge, information, and technical advice on company products to clients and callers.
Manage five email addresses (orders, sales, info, etc.) including your own that any orders or sales inquiries come into in a timely and efficient manner.
Pull any orders across Laserfiche to prepare for order entry and file them on the customers' account for completion of orders.
Recognise if there is a wrong code or products that don't match the order.
Liaise with our scheduling manager for any dates that are auto allocated with a long build time to confirm if accurate.
Send daily invoices, sales order reports, and graphs at the end of the day.
Attend daily sales meetings.
Position Prerequisites
Creating display ads for the campaign and sending them to UBT.
Sending product code list (all codes in the brochure) to Michael to update the Web Report.
Creating Sale Posts for Google My Business.
Drafting and scheduling Dealer Launch Email in HubSpot, Retail Launch Email in HubSpot, Last Chance Retail Email in HubSpot, Last Chance Dealer Email in HubSpot.
Creating banners for the main website, banners for Dealer Portal, and flipbooks with links in Flip snack for Dealer Portal.
Creating and sending Rapid Spray Engineering Email and Staff Newsletter.
Sending any reoccurring invoices to Sarah at the end of the month (example: for an Adobe account).
Other tasks relating to the website and products:
Checking the website backend dashboard for any issues impacting the site.
Clearing of web orders from the website backend.
Web Reporting for Marketing Meeting.
Sending an email with a screenshot of all products marked "Out of Stock" on the website and see if anything needs to be added or removed.
Scheduling sale prices for website products and on launch add sale products to the Specials webpage.
Removing previous sale products from the Specials webpage and adding any "Free" product promotions in the backend of Dealer Portal, and any "Free" product promotions as "Add-On" in the individual product in the website backend.
Approving dealer accounts for Dealer Portal and adding/updating new products and images.
Updating and upgrading pages and answering any enquiries or questions regarding Dealer Portal.

About You
You will be working with a team of people who strives for excellence. This position will also be working with a small team, so you should be able to do some tasks that are outside your scope. You should also have a growth mindset and a passion to learn new things.
Position Requirements:
At least three years of experience in SEO and Google Adwords.
Preferably with experience in the product listing.
Experience with a range of marketing & analytics tools, including but not limited to, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
You are highly confident and fluent in English (speaking and writing).
You have excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
You are proactive and can add value to the team.
