About the Role
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, tracking performance, adjusting content based on consumer behavior, contributing to marketing planning, and measuring campaign performance against goals. The role also includes assisting with customer engagement strategies, marketplace growth, and performing quarterly surveys of known purchasers. You will report to the Ecommerce Manager and work closely with the Marketing Manager, contributing significantly to the overall marketing and growth strategy of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Short Term:
Weekly Management of Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube Ads campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Center, Google Business, and other channels as required.
Tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns.
Daily review of negative keywords and high conversion strategies.
Content curation based on consumer behavior.
Briefing and development of marketing collateral as required.
Reporting and providing insights on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
Bid strategy, budget, and ROAS target management.
Audience & Conversion tracking in Google Ads, GA4 & Shopify.
Google and Facebook Account Management including campaign setup, keyword optimisation, and audience targeting.
Management of Google and Social Ad warnings and violations.
Medium Term:
Assist in developing and executing strategies to achieve KPIs.
SEO strategy implementation including website keyword management and product master data keyword recommendations.
Backlink and partner strategy management for acquisition and conversion.
Long Term:
Quarterly Market Research to gain insights for strategic planning.
Promotion and growth of the Marketplace.
Monitoring and managing data in Google Merchant Centre.
Mapping and filling missing attributes in the product feed.
Rectifying Merchant Centre Warnings and technical feed issues.
Position Prerequisites:
At least 3 years of proven experience effectively managing Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Center, Google Business, and other advertising channels with a focus on Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube Ads campaigns.
Demonstrated expertise in tracking, analysing, and optimising the performance of diverse advertising campaigns.
Proficiency in daily review and management of negative keywords and high conversion strategies.
Strong ability to adjust and curate content based on dynamic consumer behavior.
Prior experience in developing effective marketing collateral and materials as per organisational requirements.
Track record of effectively measuring and reporting on marketing campaign performance, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations.
Demonstrated skills in managing bid strategies, budgets, and achieving ROAS targets.
Comprehensive understanding and experience in managing Audience and conversion tracking using platforms such as Google Ads, GA4, and Shopify.
Previous responsibility for successful Google and Facebook Account Management, including the creation of high-performing ad campaigns and efficient management of keywords and target audiences.
Experience in handling Google and Social Ad warnings and violations effectively.
