About the Role
As an Ecommerce Customer Marketing Manager, you will sit right at the heart of business supporting & working as business partners with our sales teams to ensure they have all the insight, growth drivers & tools they need to deliver brilliant execution of Diageo's commercial plan to shift consumer & shopper behavior to achieve Diageo's financial and market share ambition.
E-commerce is a fast-growing channel which has evolved even faster through the crisis. This role is all about capturing the shopper shift to online shopping and driving incremental growth for Diageo through the execution of unique eCommerce activations. Areas of responsibility will include all online sales opportunities including Marketplace, Specialty Stores, Integrated, OnDemand and Direct to Consumer. Working with the Brand & Commercial teams you will work to improve our digital sales conversion and set us out as a top tier partner with customers in this space.
To win we must have mastery in combining and using Digital Marketing skills, Digital Commercial skills, data and analytics to identify insights and execute unique digital programs/activations. You must be a forward thinker who is able to live in ambiguity and develop game winning strategies. You need to be innovative and curious around the possibilities that Digital uniquely offers. You need to lead others and bring both our internal and external stakeholders along the journey to best in class.
Dimensions:
Innovation & Business Development: Must be up to date with the new ecommerce marketing trend and be able to activate and act fast to execute.
Customer Management: End to end ownership of Ecommerce plans including budget management, crafting selling story, presenting to customers, artwork adaption and measurement and evaluation of results for campaigns
Brand & Share Growth: With the customers, seeks to understand shopper habits and motivations in order to create the right programs and experiences for increasing brand sales in the channel.
Business Analysis & Growth Planning: Utilizes information from Diageo and the customer to understand sales & marketing trends, identifying both the gaps and opportunities leading to brand growth strategies in the assigned area.
Resource Management: Drives channel profitability with an understanding of the sales and financial impact of programs. Recommends the programs to develop this channel and evaluates their effectiveness in generating profitable sales.
Policy & Process Compliance: Complies with all Commercial policies, company regulations, standards and guidelines.
Role Accountabilities
Works closely with Brand/Content Hub Lead to make sure the PIM/Brandbank content is fit for purpose
Builds customer innovation launch plans / other brand executions with customer & briefs design agency on adapts required to deliver related content
End to end ownership of D-Comm plans including budget management, crafting selling story, presenting to customers, artwork adaption and measurement and evaluation of results for campaigns
Link between Commercial and Brand initiatives
Will be handing the ecommerce Creatives agency
A&P Management
Role Requirements
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in field marketing management, preferably with a fast-moving consumer goods company or digital platform.
Prior experience in handling consumer engagement (example: barter packages, digital platform partnerships, eCRM, etc.)
Experienced in handling on/off site media strategy and optimization as a key business driver.
1-3+ years experience in handling marketing executions in ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc.)

Knowledge and Skills
Good Presentation Skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Able to manage multiple stakeholders across various levels within the organization.
Advanced analytical skills and strategy comprehension.
A fast learner who adapts quickly to changing circumstances and able to navigate within a matrix organization.
Proficient communication skills: oral and written business correspondence, presentation planning and delivery
Intermediate MS Office capabilities: Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
Comfortable with the use of technology and mobile tools
