One of our clients offshore is looking for a remote Digital Content Specialist who will create engaging written content, social listening, and social care to build social community presence, relevance and follower growth; Reputation management; "Voice/personality/narrator" of the brand.
Content writing: Blogs, Landing page
Post creation and management: Social Media, Google my business, etc.
Organic growth in digital channels
Timely community management (reviews, social media, etc.)
Community building (social media) including, but not limited to, following followers back and commenting on their posts, express support and build a sense of community online
Collaborate closely with Digital Media Analyst/Specialist and in-house Photographer/Designer
Social Media relationship building
At least 2 years relevant work experience
Proven track record in content writing and growing brand's digital presence organically
Has portfolio of written content
Platform experience/knowledge: Hootsuite; Facebook; Twitter; YouTube, Squarespace (Page Editing - such as updating blog and landing pages); Google My Business; Ability to learn and optimize other platforms as we choose to adopt them.
Fluent in both written and verbal English
Experience with client facing
Has capacity for full time workload
Must have a laptop/desktop computer, and a stable internet connection
Willing to attend weekly team huddles and occasional standup meetings
Work from Home
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Marketing / Advertising / Sales Bachelor's degree graduate
