Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling:
Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and developers to define project scopes, timelines, and milestones.
Develop detailed project plans, assigning tasks and setting deadlines. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
Resource Allocation:
Allocate resources (designers, developers, etc.) based on project requirements, timelines, and team availability.
Ensure that team members have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks effectively.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest level of work.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of deliverables to ensure compliance with client specifications.
Budget Management:
Work closely with the account management and sales team to manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to client agreements.
Establish and maintain clear project scopes and objectives.
Monitor changes to project scope and assess their impact on schedule and budget.
Effectively manage scope creep by documenting and assessing requested changes, and obtaining client approval as necessary.
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and mentorship to the production team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for skill development.
Oversee staff wellbeing, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
Manage timesheets and resource allocation to optimize team productivity.
Client Communication:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding production-related matters.
Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks or roadblocks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
