Address and trouble shoot common challenges and pain points of distributors
Ensure that market conduct guidelines and best practices are observed by distributors
Qualifications
College graduate
At least 3 years experience in a sales management role, preferably in an insurance company
Proficiency in ms office, social media and other useful digital tools
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership qualities
