Qualifications:
Completed 2 years in college
At least 1 year of sales, collections, or customer retention experience in a BPO and/or shared services environment
Account management experience is a plus
Strong English communication skills; written and spoken
Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN)
Familiarity with online advertising products and services
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Can work in BGC, Taguig City"
