Job Description
The Digital Activation Associate is responsible for assisting marketing, sales and digital teams in internal webinar implementation, digital marketing promotions and eCommerce/digital customer engagement building strong digital presence, customer relationships and creating value for our customers and our organization.
He/She will report to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with sales, brand and digital teams to help grow and sustain the company's digital presence and engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In-House Webinar
Coordinate the webinar schedule with digital and sales team
Review and finalize the presentation materials submitted by sales in coordination with the digital team
Create digital promotion within the webinar to engage the viewers
Call in via Zoom
Take note of the briefing instructions
Ensure that the digital promotion is inputted in the presentation material
Collect questions and comments from the viewers
Answer questions of the viewers during the webinar in the comment section
Collect webinar live and total engagement details and views
Collect live winners
Collaborate with brand and digital for winner announcement
Connect with winners and send details to sales team
Post winners on the Facebook page
Download survey results from Survey Monkey
Send working file link and survey results for assessment
Submit weekly webinar engagement reports to marketing, digital and sales team
Digital Promotion
Collaborate with the Sales Team to implement digital marketing promotions and activation to obtain, improve and strengthen product presence and market value
Provide assistance to the Sales Team for digital programs and projects initiated to support the category and territory strategies by providing guiding program conceptualization, planning, preparation, implementation, monitoring, and follow through initiatives
Coordinate with the Brand Team and request for artwork, material, and sample/ proofing approval
Ensure that all pertinent digital promotion program requirements are met and the rules, mechanics and time frame are strictly observed
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure the effective implementation of digital marketing initiatives
Liaise with government agencies related to securing permits for digital promotions and activation to ensure that all marketing initiatives are compliant to regulatory requirements
Track delivery of prize associated to digital promotion
Submit reports of each digital initiative, activation, or promotion, including an analysis on their value to sales and marketing direction
Assess each program's value and effectiveness and recommend actions for improvement
eCommerce/Digital Customer Engagement
Analyse, track, and formulate key data for eCommerce strategies
Create and maintain maps and behavioral databases
Keep records of marketing activation and activities in the digital platform
Collect customer data and use this information to create comprehensive reports to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
Assist in various digital platform management functions such as site updating, online store management and complaints/inquiry management
Other Tasks
Build strategic partnerships and networks with Sales Team and other departments
Facilitates discussion among the team to improve marketing processes and generate innovation ideas
Participates in current and future corporate initiatives such as PL, PPM, ISO, 5S, ISMS, Branding, CRM, IBP, COMREL, Safety, etc.
Participates in projects and improvements on sales and marketing process
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Graduate of any four (4)-year course
WORK EXPERIENCE
Has at least six (6) months of experience in a similar role
Experienced in handling webinars, digital promotion, procurement, merchandising, events, materials development and production is an advantage
The candidate must be proficient and proactive in preparing and submitting monthly reports documenting and monitoring all initiatives, budgets vs expenditures, inventory, and service delivery. He or she is expected to track progress of simultaneous projects.
CRITICAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Knowledge in branding and marketing
Technology savvy
Strong interpersonal skills and customer oriented
Basic skills in creative design include Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier), demand generation, blogging is a plus
Ability to work independently, quickly and under pressure
Resilient and has strong stakeholder management
Excellent organizational skills to work independently as well as collaboratively and manage projects with many moving parts
Pet Food marketing experience is preferred but not required
