With at least 5 years experience in leading IT technical team supporting large enterprise
With excellent and proven experience in people management
Highly analytical and open-minded who can work under pressure
With good oral & written communication skills
Process oriented and can drive continuous improvement
Demonstrates leadership skills by leading and providing direction to the department and other work groups
Practitioner of ITSM, RCA, Service Transition and BCP
Knowledge in Oracle, MS SQL, My SQL, .Net, Java, C#, scripting
Mid-Senior Level / Manager IT and Software Banking / Mortgage 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
