DEALER SUPPORT SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience being in retail- motorcycle industry is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in supervisory capacity.
Proven experience in customer-service, marketing, or after-sales support, preferrably within the automotive, motorcycle, or other related industries.
Proficient in MS Office Suites and CRM Systems.
Strong understanding of dealership operations and the importance of after-sales services in driving customer retention.
