This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for:
Deal Management Training Specialist who reports to the Manager of Deal Management, based in Manila, Philippines, and supports the Deal Management team. The trainer will be responsible for identifying gaps, and areas for improvement for the current Deal Management processes. On a regular basis, the trainer will review, analyze, and identify gaps and challenges, then create a strategy and execute it to improve the overall business. The trainer will be expected to develop programs and training for the Deal Management team while maintaining a program that is forward-thinking and built for the future, not just today.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Facilitate training and onboarding for new and existing Deal Management analysts.
Facilitate learning using effective presentation, facilitation, coaching, using classroom, on-the-job, self-paced, web-conferencing programs (RingCentral Meetings), one-on-one, and other delivery methods as needed.
Provide clarification and effective feedback to learners.
Working across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferably 3+ years of experience in Enablement, Training & Coaching, or equivalent.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Required to work night shifts.
