HR TRAINING COORDINATOR
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree of any course
Solid work experience as Trainer (at least 1 year experience)
Has a pleasing personality and with good interpersonal relationship skills
Willing to work Monday-Saturday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
Responsibilities:
Attend and or conduct periodic departmental and plan meetings required training that will foster job improvement
Work with operations management associates to develop and maintain a work environment that supports continuous improvement with regard to safety, quality, production, housekeeping, and organizational standards.
Drive and support continuous improvement through training and development.
Ensure training is innovative, engaging, and on the cutting edge of training technology.
Achieve and maintain certification in specific courses as directed by management.
Keep current and new products, industry trends, and customers' training needs.
Assist in the onboarding processes.
Identifying the training needs of the organization
Spearhead one-on-one training sessions with new staff members.
Evaluating feedback from staff members about the efficiency of training procedures
Assist with other Human Resources duties as assigned.
