Role Purpose:
Create eye catching new dashboards and reports over IQVIA data for Real World Evidence team
Perform QA checks on the dashboard and reports and ensure all client requirements and business rules are met before delivery
Ensure on time delivery and/or refresh of dashboards and reports based on the agreed deadlines
Transform and enhance old reports generated in legacy BI tools to Insights Builder
Job Responsibilities:
Become expert in the structure and content of electronic Medical Record (EMR) data as held by IQVIA
Responsible for timely completion and delivery of RWE client reports and dashboards
Responsible for the development and transformation of client reports using Insights Builder
Conduct checks to capture any data and report anomaly prior to the release of client reports
Coordinate with relevant teams for the validation/investigation and resolution of any potential data anomaly and/or client inquiry related to the BI reports/dashboards
Communicate findings and provide recommendations arising from data validations
Perform ad-hoc QA and analysis whenever needed
May perform updates on reports post-delivery depending on the client requirements
Contribute on identifying process improvement opportunities
Participate on meetings and/or represent the team on relevant meetings whenever assigned.
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
Graduate of any relevant mathematical, scientific, engineering or computer science-based degree.
Experience on creation of BI dashboard and/or client-facing report is required
Proficiency in MSTR, Insights Builder or any other BI tool is required
Demonstrates strong understanding of complex concepts and processes
Ability to process large amounts of data to isolate issue in question
Has strong problem solving and business analytical skills
Can communicate effectively with various levels of the organization
Strong ability to deal tactfully with clients
Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL is required
Must be keen to details and must have a strong organizational and time management skills
Has initiative to learn and is self-motivated to develop and improve value adding client reports with minimal supervision
