Duties and Responsibilities:
Check & prepare documents for filing at BOC.
Request advance budget & photocopy the documents assigned by the superior.
Process entry assigned & others to BOC as instructed.
Report actual status of entry accordingly to the Operation Manager, Supervisor, Checkers, Encoder, Monitoring & Documentation Department through SMS group.
Processing warehouse releasing/delivery of LCL cargo.
Transact with BAI for receiving & payment of charges.
Facilitate examination of cargo, such as Reefer, DEA & Xray.
Retrieve Wharfage Official Receipt from MICP.
Red lane shipments (examination of containers, signing of examination report to agents, x-ray triggered and untagging).
Printing of AILS from GoFast.
MICP (ETRACC-PID) Monitoring of truck movement of reefer container (ARMED and DIS-ARMED of GPS).
Other duties as instructed.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Customs Administration
With at least experience in processing entry in MIP, South & NAIA
Good interpersonal skills
Applicant must have own motorcycle
Applicant must be residing around Metro Manila
