Description
MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is currently looking for a Customer Support for one of our Australian Clients.
As a Customer Support, you will be responsible for:
• Calling new and existing clients to offer and discuss sales promotions.
• Schedule an appointment with clients/leads to further discuss the sales promotions and offers.
• Keep track records and update the CRM for confirmed meetings and appointments.
• Acquire necessary information from potential clients for records and references.
• Make follow-up calls or email correspondence to potential clients.
• Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources via inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and/or individual research.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to the company's products and services.
To be successful, you should be:
• A degree holder in any related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience as an Appointment Setter and Customer Support.
• Strong experience in appointment setting and leads generation.
• Extensive experience in customer support.
• Background in sales.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Interest/knowledge/prior experience in the crypto space is preferred.
