Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Handle the customer's inquiry regarding shipment, tracking and delivery status Accept calls (inbound and outbound), chat, and email real time Create reports via email for late shipments Generate tracking report at the start of shift to present to the team in Australia Speak with transport companies with the status of shipment Provide regular communication with the customer service team in Australia Manage all the administrative tasks Perform other related duties as required
Job Qualifications
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Must have background in working with BPO under Australian clients
Experience in logistics and freight or similar is a must
Must have at least 2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service tasks
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Must be computer literate and skilled in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Amenable to handle back-office and inbound or outbound calls
Strong attention to details and work ethic
Must have a good and positive working attitude
Proactive and Results Driven
Commitment to excellent customer service
