Description
This person will utilize best practices and methodologies to respond to and resolve support requests from customers and identify and route consulting and development requests to the appropriate departments. This consultant must have very strong written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, and capable of multitasking and managing projects. The consultant will need to have balanced knowledge and abilities from both a functional and technical skill set and be comfortable training users.
