Roles and Responsibilities
- Outbound phone calls to new customers
- Request details of contact people an update details in CRM
- Introduce customer to available services
- Assist in customer's needs and find assistance when required.
Outbound video calls
- Demonstrate and train customer on using online self service web portal
Periodic outbound phone calls
- Courtesy calls to see how customers are going
- Assist customers when required
- Build relationship with customers
- Help maintain customers subscriptions
- Identify possible sales opportunities for the sales department
Answer Inbound Client Service calls
- Assist customers when required with non technical calls
Required Experience
- 5 years of customer service experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous call center experience
A Successful Candidate must have
- Excellent English communication skills
- Outbound call experience
- Tech-savvy skills
- Ability to be cheerful and friendly
- Ability to help people

- MS Applications
