We are looking for an energetic person to work with one of our Australia based clients.
The qualified candidate will be handling customer tickets in relation to products/orders within the client's systems
Requirements:
• Excellent command of English. You will need to verbally converse with people - not only via Chat.
• Solid knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Office/Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ask more questions than you are comfortable with!
• Committed and responsible for your work.
• Fast Learner and hungry for knowledge
• Ability to work during Melbourne, Australia business hours at a minimum
• Have previously documented SOPs at previous roles
• Experience in Customer service in e-Commerce marketplaces is a plus
• Knowledgeable with eDesk.com as helpdesk software is an advantage
